Traditionally, Black Pepper was used not only as a medicine in most parts of the world, however, black pepper's origins also began as a spice in traditional Indian cooking and an ingredient in the mummification process by Egyptians.

Today, Pepper Black dried fruits remain as an essential spice in most kitchens and Black Pepper Essential Oil continues to be used medicinally as a versatile ingredient in aromatherapy, medicine making, skincare, and perfumery. 

DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE:

• To Clean: For a natural and effective cleaning solution, blend a few drops with water and white vinegar. Use on surfaces throughout your home.

• Respiratory: Use as a steamer by preparing a bowl of hot water, adding a few drops of Black Pepper Essential Oil, and inhaling the infused steam deeply. A blend of Black Pepper Essential Oil with a carrier oil can also be applied to the chest as a respiratory massage.

• Aromatherapy: To your diffuser, add 5-6 drops of Pepper Black Essential Oil.
