Bergamot is renowned in cosmetics, aromatherapy, and cuisine for its natural citrus aroma. It has long been used as a flavoring and deodorizing agent, and has a rich history as an ingredient in perfumes dating back to 1714.

DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE:

• Massage Therapy: Dilute a few drops of Bergamot Essential Oil wth your favorite carrier oil to create a custom massage blend.

• Aromatherapy: To your diffuser, add 5-6 drops of Pepper Black Essential Oil.

• Sleep Aid: Create a custom pillow spray by blending 1-2 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil with witch hazel and distilled water. Mist your pillow before bed for a soothing rest.

AROMATIC SCENT:

A middle note of medium strength, Bergamot Essential Oil has a citrus scent that is fruity and sweet with a warm spicy floral quality.

BLENDS WELL WITH: 

Black Pepper, Frankincense, Geranium, Jasmine, Orange, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver and Ylang-ylang.

CAUTIONS:

This essential oil contains phototoxic properties, and it is advisable to avoid sun exposure after applying it to the skin. Dilute thoroughly before use; intended for external use only. In some cases, it may cause skin irritation, so a skin test is recommended before use. Avoid contact with eyes.
