Artisan Vendor applications are now being accepted for The Boho Being's brick-and-mortar store located conveniently in Slidell, Louisiana!
The Boho Being is Slidell's only art, nursery, thrift and gift store. Created with the growing needs of our community, The Boho Being was inspired by our artisan friends who wanted a secure place to display their works year round and from our clients who have expressed that they want a unique shopping experience and one of a kind gifts for their family and friends. Our historic building located centrally in Slidell offers the perfect opportunity for community to come together.
What our Vendor's can expect:
- Affordable vendor fee of $25 for small items (soaps, oils, scarves, hats, etc) and $30 for large items (art 11x14 and larger, furniture, etc.). Vendor fees are paid 2 months in advance and then monthly thereafter.
- There is no minimum product quantity that you can display. Your maximum quantity will depend on available space and product displayed.
- You set our prices.
- We handle displaying your products for you! In order to give our customers the best experience possible, The Boho Being is set up in a creative flow that maximizes our client experience and vendor exposure. We'll handle your product placement for you in a location and way that is esthetically pleasing and showcases your products.
- We handle remitting the sales tax collected from each sale to the state and local tax authorities.
- We pay for all credit card processing fees.
- 15% commission on all sales. If your product does not sell, there is no commission.
- Monthly payouts from the sales of your products.
