Veronica Moody Blues Dark Blue is a compact perennial known for its upright spikes of deep blue flowers that bloom profusely from late spring through summer. The flower spikes emerge above a low mound of green, lance-shaped foliage. Its tidy growth habit and long-lasting blooms make it a standout in garden beds and containers. It attracts butterflies and other pollinators.

USDA Zones 4–8

Height and Width:
Reaches 10–12 inches in height and spreads 10–14 inches wide.

Uses:
Excellent for borders, rock gardens, pollinator gardens, containers, and cut flower arrangements. Works well in mass plantings and mixed perennial beds.

Native Range:
Veronica species originate from Europe and western Asia. 'Moody Blues Dark Blue' is a selected cultivar bred for garden performance and compact size.

Sun Requirements:
Prefers full sun but tolerates light shade. Best flowering occurs with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight.

Water Requirements:
Moderate water needs. Grows best in well-drained soil. Once established, it has some drought tolerance but performs best with consistent moisture.
