Plant Description:
Syngonium ‘White Butterfly’ is a tropical, evergreen vine valued for its arrowhead-shaped leaves with a creamy white center and soft green edges. White Butterfly's foliage has a soft, elegant appearance, and the plant can develop trailing or climbing stems as it matures, especially when given support such as a moss pole or trellis.

Grow Zone:
Best grown as a houseplant in all zones or outdoors year-round in USDA Zones 10–12. In cooler climates, it can be grown outdoors in warm months but must be brought indoors when temperatures drop below 60°F.

Height and Width:
Typically grows 12–18 inches tall and 18–24 inches wide as a potted plant. When supported as a climber, vines can extend several feet.

Uses:
Popular as a houseplant for tabletops, shelves, and hanging baskets. Can also be used as a groundcover or climber in shaded tropical landscapes in warm climates. Its low-maintenance nature and air-purifying qualities make it a common choice for interior décor and offices.

Native Range:
Native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, where it grows as a climbing or creeping vine under the forest canopy.

Sun and Water Requirements:
Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates medium to low light conditions, though growth may slow. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, keeping the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Prefers high humidity and well-draining potting soil.
