White potatow with thin skin, dense flesh and low moisture content.
To Plant: Cut baking-size potatoes into quarters and small potatoes in half. Allow cut potatoes to scab over for a few days. Work fertilizer in soil before planting. Plant potato pieces in a shallow trench 4 inches deep, 12 inches apart. Fertilize again when plants flower. As potatoes grow, cover any potatoes sticking out of the soil. Harvest after blooming and plant dies back at least 50% (90 - 110 days after planting).
