Camellia Sinensis, Tea Plant

Different types of tea - White, Green, Oolong, and Black - are all produced from the Camellia sinensis plant. Each distinct flavor results from the careful selection and processing of specific leaves. To use it for tea production, only use new growth at stem tips, and keep pruned to about 3 or 4 feet to make it easy to harvest and to continue producing fresh new stems.
