Confederate Jasmine, Variegated (Trachelospermum jasminoides 'Variegatum') 

Descriptition:  Variegated Confederate Jasmine is a vigorous, evergreen woody vine known for its glossy green leaves edged in creamy white or pale yellow. In spring to early summer, it produces clusters of fragrant, star-shaped white flowers. The striking foliage offers year-round interest, while the fragrant blooms add seasonal appeal.

Growing Conditions: 

Full sun to partial shade; more sun promotes better flowering, though variegation remains vibrant in partial shade

Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil; tolerates a range of soil types

Water: Moderate water needs; prefers evenly moist soil, especially during establishment

Humidity: Tolerant of humid conditions

Temperature: Hardy down to about 10–15°F; protect in colder zones

Fertilizer: Apply a balanced fertilizer in spring to promote growth and flowering
