Who Are You?
Don't be confused by the name. Third Class Trash is anything but trashy.
Inspired by my love for coffee, collection of mugs, travel adventures, fashion interest and a need for an additional creative outlet, TCT was born. I am a mother of three, wife of 26 years, Louisiana native, professional photographer and artist. I started Third Class Trash because I wanted to expand my photography to non-traditional formats that can be appreciated and used daily and for creative epression. As an artsit, I always have ideas swimming around in my head. Through my professional portrait studio located in the New Orleans area, I'm able to express many of my creative ideas through commissioned portraiture assignments. Third Trash Class allows me the opportunity to express myself completely in a variety of mediums.
Many of the mug designs I offer are created by me or a member of my family with the limited exception of imported mugs (novelty mugs).
I'm committed to serving others by birthing concepts into products.
Here's a few random facts about me that you may find interesting:
- I have a pit mix named Dudley. He's my BFF.
- Out of the 4 cats I own, I only picked out 1. The other 3 picked me - 2 of them (Invader and Sia) were rescues that found their way to my studio. The other rescue was at my house when my family returned from vacation. We named her Possom. The cat that I chose is named Juliet.
- I have 5 chickens and 1 rooster. Only the rooster has a name - Omelet. He also was a rescue.
- I've been a Christian for 18 years.
- In 2018 I started a non-profit that serves local high school students.
- I don't have a favorite band. There's too many amazing sounds to pick just one.
- Same with food. How can anyone have a favorite?
- I'm competitive. But not against others. Against myself. I'm always challenging myself to something.
- I'm an introvert and in many ways a loner.
- I want to work with you and be your favorite go-to coffee mug distributer.
