Live Plant Shipping Notice

Please read this notice carefully before purchasing live plants from our website.

Live plants are perishable items and are subject to agricultural regulations that vary by state. By placing an order for live plants, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies outlined below.

Customer Responsibility for State Regulations

Agricultural regulations vary widely by state and locality. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the plants they are purchasing can legally be shipped to their state before placing an order.

The Boho Being does not review or verify individual state plant import regulations prior to shipping. Customers assume all responsibility for ensuring compliance with their state’s agricultural laws.

If a shipment is intercepted, delayed, destroyed, or confiscated by state agricultural authorities, refunds will not be issued for the plants or shipping costs.

Orders Placed to Restricted States

Orders placed for plants that cannot legally be shipped to the customer’s state will not be refunded.

These orders will be held for in-store pickup at our Slidell, Louisiana location for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping charges associated with these orders will be retained to cover the cost of plant care and handling while the order is held.

If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the plants will be returned to store inventory and no refund will be issued.

All sales of live plants are final.

We currently ship live plants within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
