Live plants are living products and require careful handling during shipping. The following policy explains how plants are shipped, what conditions are covered, and what customers should expect when ordering live plants from our store.

By purchasing live plants from our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Plant Health Guarantee

All live plants are inspected prior to shipping and are sent in healthy condition.

Plants are packaged carefully to minimize stress during transit. However, plants may show minor signs of shipping stress when they arrive, including temporary wilting, soil disturbance, or leaf drop. These conditions are normal and typically resolve as the plant acclimates.

Because plants are living organisms, variations in size, fullness, and appearance are expected depending on the season and stage of growth.

Images on product pages represent the plant type and mature characteristics but may not reflect the exact plant received.

Plants may also be trimmed before shipping to promote healthy growth and safe transport.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed and shipped within several business days after purchase.

Shipping days may be adjusted during periods of extreme heat, severe cold, or major carrier disruptions in order to protect plant health.

Our goal is always to ship plants under conditions that give them the best chance of arriving in good condition.

Shipping Carriers

We ship live plants using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier. Transit delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and receiving their package promptly.

Live plants should be removed from shipping boxes as soon as possible after delivery. Leaving plants in a box for extended periods after delivery can cause unnecessary stress or damage.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs when packages are left outdoors or unattended after delivery.

Shipping Damage or Plant Issues

If a plant arrives severely damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the plant
• Photographs of the packaging

This information allows us to evaluate shipping damage and determine an appropriate resolution.

Reports made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Weather Conditions

Plants can be sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Customers should consider local weather conditions before placing an order. Damage caused by extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or adverse weather conditions during transit is not eligible for refund.

We may delay shipments when weather conditions pose a significant risk to plant health.

Agricultural Regulations

State agricultural regulations vary. Customers are responsible for verifying that plants can legally be shipped to their location prior to placing an order.

Orders intercepted, delayed, or confiscated by agricultural authorities are not eligible for refund.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, live plant purchases are generally final sale.

Returns are not accepted for live plants.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
