Lemon Verbena Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Lemon verbena leaves, fresh and crushed or dried and crushed (if dry, you may choose to use more leaves)
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions:

  • Carefully pour boiling water over the lemon verbena leaves.
  • Steep for 5 to 8 minutes
  • Strain into clean cup
  • Sweeten with favorite sweetner, such as honey.
  • Enjoy
