Lemon Verbena Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Lemon verbena leaves, fresh and crushed or dried and crushed (if dry, you may choose to use more leaves)
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions:
- Carefully pour boiling water over the lemon verbena leaves.
- Steep for 5 to 8 minutes
- Strain into clean cup
- Sweeten with favorite sweetner, such as honey.
